FIVE DOCK CAMERA CIRCLE
The Five Dock Camera Circle was originally the idea of Mr. James Hall, a well-known professional man of Five Dock, who, in October, 1951, advertised the intention of forming a club in the district. Mr. Hall is now the Patron of a club which has, during the last few months, progressed along very sound lines.

Meetings are held in the Five Dock School of Arts building every second Friday evening at 7.30pm. Anyone who wishes to come along will be sure of a warm welcome being extended, as the declared aim of this Circle is to promote goodwill amongst amateur photographers through our competitions, lectures and outings that we hold whenever possible.

Our present office-bearers are: Patron, Mr. James Hall; President, Mr. Les Presdee; Vice-Presidents, Mr. John Presdee, Mr. Bruce Chambers; Secretary, Mr. Ken Cullen; Treasurer, Mr. Bert Croaker.

Following is the syllabus for the next three months:
July 11th; Character Study Competition.
July 25th: Lecture and Demonstration.
August 8th: Wet Streets Competition.
August 22nd: Lecture and Demonstration.
September 5th: Seascape Competition.
September 19th: Lecture and Demonstration.
