CHURCH OF ENGLAND GRAMMAR SCHOOL CAMERA CLUB
A number of the members of this club, which has only recently been established, were the guests of Mr. Walter Burke at the Kodak Salon, Sydney, on the afternoon of Thursday, 11th May.

Some little time was passed admiring the Exhibition Pictures, all enlargements from Kodak Film negatives. Demonstrations were given of film development by means of the Kodak Tank, plate development in the Eastman Tank, and printing on various speeds of Bromide papers, such as Nepera Gaslight, Austral Pearl, etc. The exposure and development of various prints, illustrating the suitability of slow Gaslight papers to thin negatives and fast papers, such as the regular bromide paper, to denser negatives, was watched with great interest. The boys who were accompanied by Mr. Ross, one of the masters, thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon, and passed votes of thanks to Mr. Burke, who had provided a good supply of refreshments, and to the demonstrator for the way in which he had explained the various processes shown.
